Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which we offer refunds or replacements for products purchased through our platform.

Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or not as described
• The wrong item was delivered
• Your order was not delivered within the promised timeframe

Note: Refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for refunds:

• Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
• Items returned without original packaging or tags
• Perishable goods or customized/personalized products

Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us via phone or email with your order number and reason for return
2. Provide clear photos of the issue (if applicable)
3. Once approved, return the item in its original condition within 5 days
4. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. If paid via UPI, card, or wallet, the amount will be credited back accordingly. Cash-on-delivery orders will be refunded via bank transfer or digital payment upon verification.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped. Once an order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible — but you may initiate a return upon delivery if eligible.
